The lodge of instruction is of great benefit to the lodge and members speak highly of it as an aid to their work in the lodge. The atmosphere is very friendly, dress is casual and good humour plays a part.
The lodge of instruction is held on the second Thursday of each month from October to April.
Master masons are encouraged to join and it is on these evenings that an informal and enjoyable rehearsal of various ceremonies is undertaken with members acting out the various roles.
The lodge of instruction is overseen by the Preceptor and his assistants as well as Past Masters who attend to encourage and help the members on various aspects of ritual.
